Each charter comes with an expert crew, requisite safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic refreshments. Depending on the package—such as sunset voyages, which offer gourmet snacks, or business charters, which provide meeting facilities and bespoke catering.
When should I secure my reservation?
To ensure availability, we advise booking 2–3 weeks ahead, ideally longer during high season, which runs from May through September. For business gatherings and private events, aiming for a 4–6 week lead time can help with accessibility and customization of the experience.
What are the procedures for inclement weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather as determined unsafe by our captain will lead to a rescheduling opportunity at your convenience or a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will get in touch if the weather looks troubling 24 hours ahead of your departure.
Can I supply my own catering and drinks?
You are absolutely free to bring your food and drinks. However, we also have excellent catering services that can be tailored to your taste preferences. Do note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Are your vessels equipped for passengers with mobility issues?
Our aim is to serve all our guests. Some yachts are more accessible than others. We urge you to get in touch regarding specific needs at the time of your reservation, and we will suggest the best options and make necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, excluding weather-related issues or mechanical failures on our end.
